This sleek enclosure is formed from UV weather resistant PC + ABS, a high-tech thermoplastic blend of polycarbonate and ABS, for extreme durability. There are reinforced hinges, double latches and anti-tamper locking screws to secure the shutters to the doors. Wall mounting screws are securely hidden inside the enclosure to prevent damage. There is also provision for padlocks.

The NP17AV features a versatile and adjustable mounting system that allows a variety of devices to be mounted in the enclosure.

The NP17AV enclosure provides easy plug-n-play installation. Once your equipment is safely seated in the enclosure, plug its power cord into the internal 120VAC power outlet. Cable grommets on the enclosure allow cables to be attached to the device. Simply plug the enclosure’s 5-foot power cord into an outdoor outlet and you’re good to go.
The NP17AV enclosure has two 3″ vents and a thermostat-controlled cooling fan. The low-noise, low-airflow fan helps maintain a lower internal temperature. The fans turn on when the internal temperature reaches 100 °F (38°C) and turns off when it drops to 79 °F (26°C) The fan is internally coupled so there is no need to use an AC outlet The rain cover is on the front door prevents rainwater from entering the enclosure.

Available as an option, the NP17AV can be purchased with USB-A and USB-C charging ports. This 5VDC 3.6A USB port integrates into a 120VAC outlet, so no additional space is required in the enclosure. Please note: this port is only used for powering / charging electronic devices, not able to transfer data.
The NP17AV enclosure can be wall mounted using the included wall anchors. An optional pole mounting kit (NMK-0001) is also available for pole or fence post mounting.
