So, was it an easy ride or did he face some tough times? “Obviously there were times when it was very difficult,” he said. “For a while I didn’t see any change in my weight. The scale wouldn’t budge and I was ready to give up. But I kept looking at myself in the mirror and encouraging myself. I read the success stories and moved on.

So, now that he’s reached his goal weight, what does Ainur do to stay in shape? “I continued to do my exercises. I stay away from salty, processed, high carb foods and continue to eat clean and healthy. She put on a few pounds over the winter but didn’t let that stop her and plans to continue her healthy lifestyle habits for the rest of the year.
Ainur says his appearance and confidence have both improved. She used to be sick and depressed, but after the weight loss she can move more easily and feel happier, more positive and more energetic. “I love my new self,” she added.
